Reeve Marrius Rahyn commands the Kingsmen as they battle to hold Olaran together. Marrius has reorganized the Kingsmen and redirected the Academy’s training from educational to martial learning while the war in Olaran rages. Marrius Rahyn originally held the position of Justicar of the Borderlands, but was raised to Reeve after the death of Petras, the former Kingsmen leader. He is renowned as for his role in the defense of the mines of Murnock and the most recent fight for the Sword of Hope. He often is known to be more of a negotiator than usual for a Kingsman in his position, resulting in strong ties with many factions. However in battle his ferocity and prowess quickly disabuse any who think that his cheerful and friendly manner at court mean he will not do whatever is necessary to see justice done.
